Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please send a message and pictures to sistarsofserenity@yahoo.com.

The following items can’t be returned:

1. ALL BODY PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALES!!!
2. Candles that have been Burned
3. Custom orders

Conditions of Returns

Sistar’s Of Serenity will take the below PRODUCTS into consideration for product credit or return under the following conditions:

1. Unburned candles
2. Items that may arrive broken Please take pictures and send an email to sistarsofserenity@yahoo.com within 24 hours of delivery (Sistar’s Of Serenity will not accept any liability for broken items after 24 hours of delivery.
3. All sale and clearance item are final sale

Sistar’s Of Serenity is not responsible for any return shipping expenses.

If an item is returned to Sistar’s Of Serenity undeliverable, you will need to pay for reshipping.
